Copyright (c) 2026 6063 Industries LLC. All rights reserved.

This Software License governs Optosky runtime binaries, tools, GUI binaries,
SDK files, customer source archives, documentation, examples, installers,
packages, and related materials distributed by 6063 Industries LLC, doing
business as h-part ("h-part", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing, copying, building, accessing, or using Optosky software, you
agree to this Software License. If you do not agree, do not install, copy,
build, access, or use the software.

1. License Grant; Not a Sale

Subject to your compliance with this Software License and any order
confirmation, invoice, customer agreement, or other purchase documentation we
provide, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable license to install, build, access, and use Optosky software
and related documentation for your internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any software, source code, object
code, documentation, or related intellectual property rights. Optosky software
may be made available at no charge, but it is licensed, not sold.

2. Source Archives and SDK Materials

If you receive a customer source archive or SDK materials, you may use them
only to build, install, run, test, and integrate Optosky software for your
internal business purposes. Source availability does not grant any right to
redistribute source code, publish source code, host public copies, or create
competing products or services.

3. Ownership and Reservation of Rights

As between you and us, we and our licensors retain all right, title, and
interest in and to Optosky software, including source code, object code,
algorithms, user interfaces, models, workflows, templates, documentation,
updates, modifications, and all related intellectual property rights. Except
for the limited license expressly granted above, no rights are granted to you
by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

4. Use Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

- copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of Optosky
software, except as expressly allowed for your internal build and integration
  use of a customer source archive;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover
source code or underlying structure, except where non-waivable law expressly
  permits;
- sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, host, transfer, or otherwise
  make Optosky software available to others;
- bypass or circumvent access controls, security features, license controls,
  or usage limitations;
- remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, license, or other
  proprietary notices;
- use Optosky software to violate law or infringe any third-party rights; or
- use Optosky software, including outputs, source code, object code,
documentation, examples, or performance information, to build or train a
  competing software product or service.

5. Third-Party Components

Optosky distributions may include third-party or open-source components. Those
components remain subject to their applicable license terms. In the event of a
conflict between this Software License and required third-party or open-source
license terms, the third-party or open-source license terms control for that
component only.

Third-party notices are included in the distribution. Source archives include
docs/THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and upstream license files for included vendored
third-party source. Binary packages and installers include third-party notices
under their installed license or documentation directories.

6. Updates and Termination

We may update Optosky software or this Software License from time to time. Your
continued use of Optosky software after receiving an updated license or updated
software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may terminate or limit this license if you violate this Software License or
any applicable customer agreement, order confirmation, invoice, or other
purchase documentation. Upon termination, you must stop using Optosky software
and destroy copies in your possession or control, except to the extent retention
is required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

OPTOSKY SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that Optosky software will meet your requirements, operate
without interruption, be error-free, or be compatible with every hardware,
operating system, compiler, driver, or dependency environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 6063 INDUSTRIES LLC AND ITS
AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND
SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST DATA, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR
SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OPTOSKY SOFTWARE.

FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE, WE HAVE NO MONETARY
LIABILITY. FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO PAID OPTOSKY SOFTWARE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE GIVING RISE TO THE
CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 6063 Industries LLC and its
affiliates, officers, managers, members, employees, agents, contractors, and
suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses,
including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to your use of
Optosky software, your violation of this Software License, or your violation
of any law or third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to claims
arising solely from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Software License is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and
applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal
action or proceeding arising under this Software License shall be brought
exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas
or the Southern District of Texas. You consent to the jurisdiction of these
courts and waive any objection to venue. To the extent permitted by law, both
parties waive the right to a jury trial in any dispute arising from this
Software License.
